Lunch Meal Count - 4 Totus Tuus Missionaries
Dinner Meal Count (as of 7/14/22) - 7 teens and 4 missionaries

Responsibilities for Providing a Meal:

1. Bringing the Meal.
   1. The meal will be served in the Lower Church Kitchen.
   2. ALLERGIES: There is one peanut allergy for all meals.
   3. Enter through the Gathering Space Far Left Door.
2. Set up:
   1. The Gathering Space doors will be open.
   2. Bring your own serving utensils if possible. Otherwise there are some in the drawers that can be used, cleaned, dried, and put away.
   3. Paper plates, napkins, cups, and plastic utensils are provided by the parish. They will be located in the Lower Church Kitchen on the counter.
   4. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling anything.
   5. Have everything set up at least five minutes BEFORE meal starts, but aim for 10 minutes early to be safe. (i.e. by 11:55 AM for lunch, and 5:55 PM for dinner)
3. Serving:
   1. The food can either be self-serve (if items are individually packaged) or you can serve it to them restaurant-style bringing the food to them.
   2. We will have tables and chairs set up, but if for some reason they aren't, please try to put them out before the kids arrive.
4. Clean Up:
   1. Take everything you brought.
   2. Wipe down tables and chairs with clorox wipes.
   3. Sweep up crumbs using dustpan and broom if you are able.
   4. If you are physically able, please take trash bags upstairs to the dumpsters (located in paved area between the Church offices, the Gathering Space, and the School).  Note, the door will lock behind you if you don't use something to prop it open.
   5. Strive to leave everything cleaner than how you found it.
5. What should I bring?:
   1. Food
      1. A main dish, side dish, and dessert are recommended.  Salads are nice too but not necessary. There is a peanut allergy!
      2. Please provide whatever condiments they will need and take the condiments home with you when you pick up the food.
      3. Please make the food so it is easily servable.  They don't have much time to eat, so if it takes them 20 minutes to get their food, they don’t get much time to eat and form relationships with each other.
   2. Drinks
      1. Individually purchased drinks we can “hand out” are the best.
      2. I’ll have water and cups will be available at the Lower Church drinking fountain, so no need to bring bottled water.

Thank you so much for helping provide a meal!  And regarding the dinners, the times of sharing a meal together each night will be instrumental in helping our youth feel comfortable around the Totus Tuus team, and create an environment where the youth can share openly and freely with these great young adults!
