Annual Giving Tree Program

It has been a long-standing tradition here at the Church of Saint John the Evangelist of Little Canada to assist those in need at Christmas through our Annual Giving Tree. This year, we will have a combined physical tree and online version of this initiative. Gift tags will be located on the tree in the Gathering Space beginning November 16  and gifts need to be returned by 10:30 am on December 8.

The mission of FBP is, through prayer and works of mercy, to wholeheartedly provide free service for the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the poor.

Joseph's Coat
The mission of Joseph's Coat is to be a free store providing goods and service for those in need within an environment of dignity and respect.

Saint John's School
Our mission is to build a strong Catholic foundation and identity as well as excellence in education for all students.

Theresa Living Center
Theresa Living Center provides transitional housing, rapid re-housing, and support services to women and single parent families who are striving to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency.  

Example of needs:  winter clothing, blankets, socks, lotions/hygiene products, etc.

Women's Life Care Center
We exist to promote the sanctity of human life, born and unborn, through the provision of abortion alternative services that empower mothers to choose life.

Example of needs:  bathtubs, diaper bags, receiving blankets, blanket sleepers, baby bottles/baby bottle warmers, infant safety kits, winter outfits. (Each client receives about $300 in baby supplies.  We primarily serve pregnant women and women parenting an infant under the age of one.)
