Dear parents,
Our summer Faith Formation program “Totus Tuus” is beginning soon for your teenager, so I wanted to share some information with you to make this week go as smoothly as possible.
DROP-OFF: On Sunday through Thursday, youth should arrive at the Gym Entrance to the school (down by the ball-field) no later than 5:55 PM. The youth will get to eat dinner with the team at 6 PM!
PICK-UP: After 9:00 PM (not before, please), parents of all youth should pick up their children in the parking lot by the ball fields.
MEDICATION: If you child needs medication administered or kept ready during Totus Tuus, please send your child with a filled-out medication form (below) along with the medicine when you drop your child off on Sunday.
PERMISSION SLIP & RELEASE OF IMAGE: Please send your child with his or her two permission slip and image release on Sunday evening. The Electronic Communication Authorization is helpful but not required. See below.
THURSDAY BBQ AT SPOONER PARK: On Thursday we will walk over to Spooner Park for BBQ, a bonfire, and fun. Please fill out the permission slip for this event as well. See below.Provide dinner for the Totus Tuus Missionaries and the Youth: Click here
