The Sacrament of Confirmation fully initiates us into the Church and gives us a deeper outpouring of the Third Person of the Trinity,  the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit comes to us and empowers us to bear witness to Christ by our words and actions as a disciple of Jesus Christ.
 

Confirmation Preparation

All youth in grades 6-8 desiring these sacraments must participate in either: 

• Family Discipleship (Sons of Joseph or Daughters of Mary) 
• or be enrolled in Saint John's School. 

Confirmation preparation happens in these programs for all youth in grades 6-8, although Confirmation is received only during the 8th grade year.  All 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are encouraged to sign up, even if they have never participated before.  We will accomodate your individual situations.
