Saint John's Culture of Life Committee is asking you to participate in a Baby Bottle Fundraiser for Women’s Life Care Center. Please take home a baby bottle and fill it with loose change, dollars or checks made out to the Women’s Life Care Center; bottles will be available at all entrances January 22 and 23. Please return your bottle to the church by the following weekend (January 28-29).
This is an activity that your entire family can participate in, and you can use it to teach your children about your respect for life and helping others in need. Your donations will directly benefit local families served by the Women’s Life Care Center and help change lives.
Some of you may know about Women’s Life Care Center, our local Pregnancy Resource Center and Medical Clinic located just a mile away on Rice Street. WLCC offers medical services such as pregnancy testing and limited obstetric ultrasounds. The group provides a wide array of support services including pregnancy and parenting education, life coaching, group life coaching, maternal wellness, fatherhood programs, financial education and financial grants, and ample material support with items such as baby supplies and nonperishable food items.
Thanks to the generosity of parishes such as Saint John’s, the number of clients WLCC is able to serve grows with each passing year. Your support literally changes and saves lives. Thank you in advance for considering a baby bottle donation in support of the Women’s Life Care Center and their life-affirming services.
