An annual tradition that began in 1974, Catholic Schools Week is a national opportunity to recognize the importance, the value, and the contributions of Catholic education to the Church and the world. Thanks to your support of Saint John’s School, we have STEM classes, one-on-one reading programs, Chromebooks at every desk and religious education every day. All is made possible thanks to you, and we cannot thank you enough.
This week students dress up in a themed outfit every day, see the third-graders’ Wax Museum, celebrate the artwork they’ve prepared in Saint John’s Institute of Art, have a movie day, and maybe even get outside to enjoy some hockey with Principal Hurley.
Typically, we kick off Catholic Schools Week with an Open House, but due to the pandemic, we’ve had to get a little creative. Please check out our School Facebook Page for live-streaming of our Wax Museum on Tuesday, and our Art Institute on Thursday. Additionally, we hope you enjoy this short video that our entire school prepared for you. THANK YOU again for your support of us and of all Catholic education.
